Shipping policy

Hit Hero's Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship to Canada, and the United States. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Standard shipping typically arrives within 4 to 11 business days. Orders of two or more units qualify for free standard shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 14 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at hi@gethithero.com with your name and order number.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging unopened. Approved returns will be refunded for the full order amount minus original shipping costs.

To initiate a return, email hi@gethithero.com with your order number and reason for return. Include your order number inside the return package and ship to:

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged, email hi@gethithero.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo. We handle these on a case-by-case basis.
