This is where Hit Hero started. No lab. No big team. Just a guy who hurt his hand playing baseball and didn't like the fit of any product on the market, so he decided to try and build something better. Here's my story.
Built From Home, One Hit Hero At A Time.
Hit Hero wasn't born in a factory. I started this brand out of my apartment in Toronto, Canada with a 3D printer and a silicone kit, plus feedback from the friends, family, and professional players I've met along the way. On top of a lot of late nights and another full time job, it was an endless grind to make something I was confident sharing with the rest of the world.
Starting from scratch, I taught myself the parts I didn't know about making products. 3D design. Material chemistry. Anatomy. Physics. I'd make new versions again and again. Around 40 to 50 variations.

We Launched, Then The Real Players Tried It.
I'd send early versions to any player who would test them, and the feedback shaped every revision. It got better because they were honest. Once I launched, Hit Hero took off fast. I was making thousands of these every week from my apartment, to the point where I had to recruit family and friends to help package them.
Today, you'll find Hit Hero from travel ball all the way up to the biggest stages across the world.
From One Apartment To The World.
What started on a kitchen table now ships to players in more than a dozen countries, in every color you can think of.
Honestly, part of starting Hit Hero was to prove a point. You can start with almost nothing and build something real if you put your mind and energy into it. If a product like Hit Hero helps you feel a little more locked in at the plate, that's great. But what I really want is for it to remind you that you can build your own thing too, better than anyone else. Just go for it, and don't let anyone stop you.
